Are Cape Verde homes greater compared to Cape Verde apartments?

Cape Verde is a representative of the parliamentary republic stable. The Constitution adopted in 1980 (and revised in 1992, 1995 and 1999) define the basic principles of the the federal government. The President is the head of state and is elected by preferred vote for a term of five years. The Prime Minister is the head of government and appoints various ministers and state secretaries. The Prime Minister is in turn appointed by the Nationwide Meeting and the president. The Nationwide Assembly members are elected by popular vote every 5 years.
The judiciary incorporates a Supreme Court – whose users are appointed by the President, the Nationwide Assembly and member of the Council of the Judiciary – and regional courts. Individual courts listen to civil cases, constitutional issues and legal law.
Cape Verde follows a plan of nonalignment and seeks cooperative relations having all friendly states. Angola, Brazil, China, Cuba, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Senegal, Russia and the US maintain embassies in Praia. Cape Verde is actively interested in international plan, especially in Africa. It has bilateral relations having Portuguese-speaking countries and is a member of various global organizations. Cape Verde has also participated in a lot of worldwide conferences on financial and political concerns since 2007, once it bought a privileged teamwork status with the EU under the Cotonou Agreement.
The army of Cape Verde consists of a coastline guard and army, upon whom 0.7% of GDP was spent in 2005.
